Corrugated Boxes
Corrugated boxes are made up of corrugated paperboard that contains rows of air columns. The columns make the paper stronger than average cardboard with the air acting as a cushion for any items inside of them. The ridges inside offer strength and flexibility, as usually intended in packaging. These boxes are known to be eco-friendly because they are biodegradable and made of recycled boxes.
Single Wall
Our standard boxes are made of single wall, high quality kraft corrugated board in the conventional 0201 case style, where the top and bottom flaps are sealed with style, where the top and bottom flaps are sealed with tape.
Super Strong Single Wall
Super strong boxes are a modern alternative to double wall boxes, suitable for sending heavy or fragile items. They are very strong single wall cases and offer a cost saving against double wall cases. Transport and storage costs are reduced as there are more boxes per pallet than the comparable size in double wall corrugated board.
Double Wall
When you are sending out heavy products, delicate or larger items, you can rely on our double wall corrugated board, these boxes have excellent strength & rigidity.
Heavy Duty
Heavy Duty, high performance cases are designed for superior strength & rigidity to give protection for large products, heavier loads & for exporting. They are manufactured from premium grade double wall corrugated board; BC flute, 300gsm paper.
Pallet Packs
A Pallet Pack is a sturdy transit box, consisting of a corrugated lid, sleeve & tray attached to a wooden pallet. The sleeve is folded & stored within the tray, allowing several pallet packs to be stacked on top of each other, optimizing storage space.
